Pre-trip policy

All trips are conducted under the most professional terms. Most questions an be answered in the FAQ. Some important policies are listed below.

  • At the time of booking we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. We will charge your credit card at the time of booking for the initial $200.00 deposit and the remaining balance is due at the end of your trip. A liability waiver must be signed prior to the scheduled trip. This waiver is good for one year from the signed date.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the first day of your trip will relieve you of any obligation to pay the remaining balance of the full trip rate and your trip will be canceled. The unpaid balance of the full trip rate will be due if the cancellation of your trip occurs within 7 days of the first day of your trip. We do not provide refunds on gift certificates.

  • No alcohol or illegal drugs of any of any kind are allowed on Chattanooga on the Fly chartered trips. Safety is our main priority.

  • We understand that timing is rarely perfect, so if you’re going to be late for your scheduled trip, simply let us know. If you are 45 minutes late without notice, you can expect two things; we won’t be there when you show up and your card will be charged for the full amount. Communicate with us.

  • How do I tip? The industry standard is 20% of the total cost of the trip. Use your best judgment.

  • Show up ready to have a great day. We realize that most people only get to fish a few days a year and we relish the fact you have chosen to spend it with us.

  • All fish caught on Chattanooga on the Fly charters will be released safely. We practice catch and release for one simple reason: we don’t like to kill our business partners.
